Scheduling Appointments
A fee will be charged on your next appointment for appointments missed without 24 hours notice. Advance scheduling insures you receive the date and time you prefer.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Please provide 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior may be charged $30.00 per service. Missed appointments will be charged $30 at next service.
Smoking
The company’s policy is to provide smoke-free environments for our employees, customers, and the general public. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside our salon
Pricing
Hair and chemical services may vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques or length of hair.
Client Satisfaction
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.
Payment methods
Accept mastercard, visa and cash. . The industry average is 15%-20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice. Gratuities are accepted in cash and credit.

Cell phones
Please put your phones on vibrate. We ask that clients refrain from using cell phones in the salon, especially when receiving service.
Children
Are not allowed in salon unless they are receiving services. Clients that may not have a choice to bring children with them must be able to control them. If there is too much disturbance, management has the right to ask client to leave and reschedule.

Pets
No pets in salon except guide and assistance dogs as permitted under Title 30 of the Georgia Code (130-2-11)(130-5-.07).
Food & Drink
Please do not bring food inside the salon. No food or drink allowed in the syling area.
